The Fill Policy
To book a fill rather than a new full set, please arrive with at least 40% of your extensions still attached. This keeps your set healthy, even and beautiful.
- Fewer than 40% remaining will be charged as a new full set.
- Any gap longer than 3 weeks requires a fresh full set application.
- Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes — a $10 cleansing fee applies otherwise.
- We kindly hold a 24-hour cancellation window to honor every guest's time.
The Recycle Fee
A $3.00 sustainability fee is added to every service. It funds our Green Circle Salons partnership, diverting up to 95% of salon waste from landfills — so your beauty ritual is kind to the planet, too.
